Cachitos® Satisfaction Guarantee If an item was omitted from your order or if an incorrect item is delivered, we offer one of two resolutions depending on the type of item in reference. • If the item is larger than the usual size of a regular piece (e.g. a Pan de Jamón), we will replace the item in question. • For smaller items, such as salsa, drinks or cachitos, we will provide you with a discount coupon for your next online purchase.

The delivery time guarantee is not offered on all orders. For example, larger orders take more time to prepare and cook and therefore will not be guaranteed. You will be informed if the guarantee is applied or not at the time of placing your order. A customer is not entitled to a time guarantee as a result of a Satisfaction Guarantee claim. Cachitos reserves the right to eliminate or modify any of the indicated warranties at any time and for any reason in its sole discretion including, but not limited to, inclement weather, technical problems, force majeure, or matters not directly or indirectly related to our business. To be eligible for one of the guarantees Cachitos must receive a complaint on the day the order is placed, otherwise, Cachitos will no longer be required to comply with the guarantees. In case of absence of any product in the inventory, Cachitos will contact the customer by email or phone, in case the customer does not respond Cachitos may choose to send another replacement product, or of a different flavor
