    Hallacas are a traditional Venezuelan dish made with corn dough stuffed with a flavorful stew of beef, pork, and chicken, adorned with raisins, capers, olives. The Hallaca is folded in plantain leaves, tied with strings, and boiled. It is typically served during Christmas season
